We want everyone to enjoy Ousted, so we don’t charge you for delivery if you live in the UK. Worldwide shipping is free on orders over £100, otherwise it’s £9.95 per order.
All items are usually dispatched within 3 - 5 days. After you have placed an order, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We are confident you will be delighted with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days we we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your item, please complete the return form on our Returns page. Once your return has been accepted, you will be offered a full refund or an exchange.

No! You don’t have to worry about the cost of postage, we cover it, so you can buy with confidence. Shortly after you have submitted your return request, you will receive an email with further information including a postage label.

Payments are made over a secure connection so your data is safe. In addition, we do not retain any of your credit or debit card data.

Yes we do. We care about our planet and we want to do our part for the environment, that’s why all our packaging is recyclable, biodegradable and compostable.
All our packaging is sourced in the UK too.
